6/1/2023This phase includes important collaboration between you and the professional designer. Your construction concierge will work with you to finalize interior and exterior selections so your cost estimate is accurate and mutually understood.
7/3/2023This is the longest phase of your custom process. The wait for building, planning or zoning permits is usually what requires patience because it is the part of the process that is out of our control. Once groundbreaking occurs, you will enjoy how fast your structure moves from the dream into the building you imagined. We coordinate inspections and occupancy so you can move-in in as little as 6 months. That's a promise!
